Purina Petcare dry food factories lack real time data of inventory for their dry material bins. This gap in transparency can be costly, ranging from lack of material availability to long delivery wait times. The Tauber team will tackle developing a user-friendly digital solution that integrates with Purina’s larger inventory management toolset, with the goal of enhancing visibility and unlocking trend analysis capabilities of their raw material inventories.
