Stanley Engineered Fastening is seeking to improve the labor productivity of their Chesterfield plant plastic assembly department by 20 to 30%. The Tauber team was tasked to investigate immediate and continuous improvement opportunities through lean and smart factory tools, as well as develop an outsourcing strategy.
