The Tauber team collaborates with the Global Operations Strategy team within the Final Control, Pressure Management group in Stafford, Texas. The focus is on addressing make/buy decisions, resolving scheduling and planning complexities, and revamping ‘run the shop’ visualization tools to optimize manufacturing processes and improve on-time delivery.
