The Tauber Institute for Global Operations works closely with our Industry Advisory Board, a Student Advisory Board, the Tauber Alumni Board, and an Executive Committee comprised of U-M faculty members from the Ross School of Business and the College of Engineering to ensure our programming remains at the leading edge of operations theory and practice for the benefit of our students and corporate sponsors.

The Tauber Institute’s efforts to create superb leaders for industry are in part supported by gifts from individuals and corporations.
The senior leadership team of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations establishes strategy and priorities in fulfillment of the institute’s mission, working closely with associate and assistant deans, department chairs, and University of Michigan administrators who serve on our Executive Committee.
The mission of the Tauber Alumni Board (TAB) is to foster a lifelong relationship among Tauber alumni, students, and faculty. Comprised of alumni volunteers and the Tauber Associate Director, the TAB and associated committees plan events, mentorship programs, and outreach activities aimed at boosting the value of being an alumnus of the Tauber Institute. The TAB also works with the Industry Advisory Board and the Student Advisory Board to liaise with team projects and to build and strengthen relationships among the groups.
Our Student Advisory Board is comprised of business and engineering students who reflect and represent the Tauber student body and collaborate with Tauber administration to provide program input and feedback.
