Liquid Controls, a unit of IDEX Corporation, manufactures positive displacement, mass, and turbine flow meters, electronic registration and accessories for the Energy & Fuels sector. The Tauber team was tasked with creating a roadmap for the reduction of the Liquid Control’s supply base by 50 suppliers and the machine shop suppliers by 50%. Additionally, the team is responsible for developing a framework for supplier evaluation and future supply chain consolidation efforts.
