The AMZL network is vastly expanding in 2020. The delivery station network is currently projected to grow by over 200 locations next year. All delivery stations will have material handling equipment (MHE) that requires full-time oversight from a maintenance team. With this growth comes a great opportunity for the Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) team to develop standard processes to integrate all aspects of the organization into the current “new site” launch construct.
