The Tauber team will evaluate and optimize the startup & launch ‘Road-to-Launch’ processes by working with stakeholders, to define and optimize resources required, and to develop a report/ dashboard which will allow transparency and clarity on the gaps, risks and potential opportunities, so that immediate mitigation or improvement plans can be put in place with the end goal of consistently delivering successful new site launches.
