With growing data volume and organizational restructuring, Pfizer has engaged the 2025 Tauber team to optimize data usage across its Drug Product Materials and Manufacturing operations in Groton, CT. The team will assess current data flows, eliminate silos, and build a business case for cross-functional data integration. By defining key metrics and developing real-time analytics tools such as a generative AI chatbot and real-time dashboards, the project aims to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and support scalable manufacturing excellence.
