To support Stanley Black & Decker’s operations transformation, the Tauber team is optimizing raw material flow across metals and plastics manufacturing, as well as third-party logistics. The project focuses on reducing downtime, improving inventory visibility, and delivering over $800K in value through lean-driven process improvements.
